Shipping, returns and the things nobody reads
Plain answers to the questions that decide whether you order.
Orders leave within one working day. Inside the EU, delivery is two to four working days, free over €120 and €6.95 below it. Everything ships in paper — no polybags, no plastic tape.
Returns are free within thirty days, unworn and with tags on. If the size is wrong, say so when you return it and we will hold the size you want for a week rather than making you race the stock.
Prices shown include VAT. Nothing is added at checkout except shipping, and you will see that before you pay.
